SANGUINE

SANGUINE is an art movement intended to bring positivity to any undesirable situation. It is a reminder to keep on moving forward no matter how tough things get, because eventually, even though life takes, it also gives.

It is easy to get lost in the darkness when you are surrounded by it, and to be enamored by the seductiveness of depression, however, once it rears its' ugly fangs, that is when you get a taste of how bitter it truly is.

​

So why not look on the positive side of life when the going gets tough? It may not seem easy, but nothing in life worth doing is.

CONCEPT

One fateful day in the bitter winter of 2018, a high school senior in Miles City, Montana, had an idea for an art movement. He was unsure of his future and stuck in a rut, but he knew he wanted to spread positive vibes into the world through creative means. This was when the idea for SANGUINE was first conceptualized.

SANGUINE was created to prove that you can pursue what you want to, even when you think you're not good enough. It's natural to be frustrated with yourself, especially when you're struggling with something in life. It is then, in turn, quite easy to turn those feelings inward and get into a toxic mindset. However, when you're stuck there, you have to make the best out of that shitty situation to pull ahead, and that's what SANGUINE is all about!

APPAREL

Clothing is a big part of SANGUINE, and I hope to have all of my apparel made and sold solely through me. However, at the moment, I am going through a third party company called Printful, which has been an amazing help!

 

Printful provides the clothing, stickers, etc. and ship them out to you, while all I have to do is make the designs! This is really nice for the short term, however, I hope to do all of it by my own terms, by my own hands, as soon as possible.

I want all my apparel to be made of 100% natural hemp, in order to provide an eco friendly, sustainable, anti-microbial and comfortable fabric that you can feel good about wearing!

IDEALS

SANGUINE is all about creativity, sustainability and inspiration. Now what exactly does that mean? Well, SANGUINE aims to provide creative and sustainable products and light a spark in others to pursue their passions! I want to help everyone make the best out of any shitty situation they might be in through whatever means possible!

Through SANGUINE, I hope to be able to spread awareness about mental health, taking care of the environment, and the importance of being kind to not only yourself, but others as well!
